We all experience stress in our lives in one way or another. The deadline ahead, a meeting with the boss, a strained relationship at home or not enough hours in the day. These are just a few of the everyday events in our lives that can cause us stress or that uneasy feeling that can affect us in so many ways. Our bodies are such a fine tuned machine that can become compromised or function poorly when placed under prolonged stress.
